How do I book?

To book your castle is very easy, just press "book" under your chosen castle or alternatively you can call us on 075 149 149 77, you can find our contact details on the contact us page.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime online, but if you like to give us a call then we will be able to take your call between 9:00 & 18:00 all 7 days a week, however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

How long will we get the bouncy castle we have hired for?

This is up to you, typically 5 hours. You can have it for most of the day, we deliver 1st March to 30th September: Delivery Between 7am and 12pm; Collection Between 5pm and 9pm and 1st October to 28th February: Delivery Between 7am and 12pm; Collection Between 4pm and 7pm.

You can hire one for a couple of hours, perfect when using a venue or hall just Contact Us to book specific delivery time slot.

We try our best to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs.

What areas do you cover with your hire products bouncy castles etc?

We cover Coventry, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Rugby, Hinckley, Kenilworth, Atherstone, Leamington Spa, Warwick and we can go anywhere in the Midlands if this is what you require, please contact direct and ask for a delivery price.

Do you have public liability on your hire products bouncy castles etc?

Yes, we have £5,000,000 on all our hire products.

What does our £5,000,000 public liability cover?

Our public liability covers product faults and set up faults resulting in injury.

Supervision is the responsibility of the customer hiring the equipment and should be performed by an adult the age of 18 or older at all times to prevent injury by misuse of the equipment.

How many people can use a bouncy castle at once?

Each bouncy castle has a specific amount of people who can use it at one time based on height of the individual and size of the bouncy castle this must be supervised by an adult at all times.

How long to set up a bouncy castle?

Typically it can take between 15 - 30 minutes to set up one of our bouncy castles, this varies depending on access and other variables.

Can you set up outdoors on hard surface?

Yes, we can, but to do so we would need a place we can tie the castle to on each castle anchor point wright equivalent or 163kg per anchor point, that can be a car you wont move for a day, fence posts, tree or any anything else what can hold a weight of 163kg per point. Typical castle would have a 6 anchor points so all 6 would need to be secured. For bookings on outdoor hard surface please Contact Us .

What is your cancellation policy?

TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING PLEASE CALL US, IF THERE IS NO REPLY PLEASE LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE.... TEXTS AND EMAILS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy sets out in which circumstances cancellation fees are payable and where refunds are due.

Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total booking value, the percentage rate cancellation fees outlined below are a proportion of the total booking value of the booking in question.

Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings, in line with our Standard Terms & Conditions unless otherwise notified by the company in advance of the hire day.

1. Cancellation by Fun 4 U Bouncy Castles (“The Company”) or the client due to adverse weather conditions. Where the cancellation is made by 8pm the day before your booking. Cancellation will not incur a cancellation fee, a refund of all monies paid will be made by way of a credit note allowing the customer to re-book for a later date.

2. Cancellation by the client due to any reason other than bad weather will incur a cancellation fee. The fee will be calculated according to amount of notice given. The schedule of cancellation fees follows:

2a. Cancellation by the client within 3 days of making the booking, when the ‘hire day’ (the day when equipment is due to be delivered) is more than 7 days from the time of booking: Cancellation will be free of charge. This is known as a ‘cooling off period’; it allows clients to change their mind without incurring a penalty. Although we’re unable to offer this cooling off period to clients who book at short notice.

2b. Cancellation by the client not within 3 days of making their booking, but 6 to 10 days before the ‘hire date’: A 25% cancellation charge will be payable.

2d. Cancellation by the client not within 3 days of making their booking, but 2 to 5 days before the ‘hire date’: A 50% cancellation charge will be payable.

2e. Cancellation by the client not within 3 days of making their booking, but 2 or less days before the ‘hire date’: A 100% cancellation charge will be payable.

3. Cancellation by the company due to ‘breach of contract’, where the client does not comply with the Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire, including (but not limited to) where Fun 4 U Bouncy Castles are unable to set up equipment due an unsuitable space being provided for set up: 100% cancellation fee will be payable and no refund will be due.

4. Cancellation by Fun 4 U Bouncy Castles due to reasons beyond our control i.e. vehicle breakdown, equipment failure, staff shortage etc.: A full refund will be given.
