Please note our deliveries are made from 7am - 12pm and pick ups are between 5pm and 9pm. We will make sure we set up before your party start time and will do our best to accommodate your part for as late as possible. If you require any exact times for set up and clear down, for instance if your party is at a venue or must meet a particular time slot, then please call us on 07514914977 or reply to this email as soon as possible with your specific time slots or any other enquiry.

The following information is important! We will be unable to set up your equipment if you do not comply with the following requirements:

• Please ensure that the access area is clear of all litter, rubbish and animal waste before arrival. Driver have limited time for set up and won't be able to wait for pathway and set up are to be cleared.
• Please ensure that the outstanding balance is paid in cash to our delivery driver on arrival.
• Please adhere to all health and safety and proper usage requirements given to you.
